Sustainability Goals

The nature of our industry is in the creation of large-scale and luxury experiences, so we have to admit that we aren’t always in a position to limit all products and services to those that are 100% sustainable or green. However, there are several ways that we try to reduce our carbon footprint and minimise the impact we make on the environment at every step of our process. Without affecting our client’s expectations and budget negatively, our goal is to always offer these solutions ahead of the rest.

Local Suppliers

We’ve spent many years building a rapport with talented local artisans, entertainers and craftsmen, as well as connecting to a long list of local suppliers. We want to support our country’s best assets, which means encouraging our clients to bask in the glory of talented Brits before shopping further afield. This helps to reduce the fuel and packaging involved, and lowers the risk of inadvertently sourcing items from ethically questionable companies.

Upcycling

Our team are a creative, resourceful bunch, ready to take on the challenge of producing fantastic props right here in London. Wherever we can, we make and fashion our own aspects, to provide our clients with beautiful, one-off styling features. To do this, we sometimes repurpose items and accessories: dying, deconstructing, repainting and refurbishing wherever we think there’s hope of evoking new, fabulous life.

Sustainable Alternatives

A number of popular party features can be switched to eco-friendly varieties without affecting quality (did you know that biodegradable balloons exist?), but often clients simply aren’t aware that there are kinder alternatives to their initial requests. We’re ready to present the costs and effects of making the switch.

Digital Communications

We love the smell of freshly printed paper, so we know its a hard habit to kick. Nevertheless, these days its far more convenient, secure and environmentally friendly to draft everything up digitally. Aside from introductory consultations, we like to keep everything on record and online.

Recycling

On our client’s behalf, we’re happy to mediate between venues and appropriate facilities to ensure that our events are effectively recycled wherever possible. Along with the correct recycling of used materials, this may include the removal and repurposing of unwanted props and styling.
